What is the print quality like?
All of our prints are produced using high-quality materials:
- Printed on premium quality 240gsm satin paper for a professional stand out finish.
- Uniquely designed artwork, printed with high-grade inks on the highest quality ink jet printers.
Do the prints come framed?
No, prints are sold unframed, this allows you to choose a frame that best suits your space and style. All prints are standard sizes to make it easy for you to find frames.
How are the prints packaged?
All prints are packaged using hard back protected envelopes or heavy duty cardboard tubes for maximum protection. This ensures your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated shipping times:
United Kingdom: 2-3 business days
EU: 3-5 business days
USA & Canada: 3-4 business days
Australia: 2-4 business days
Worldwide: 7-10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Where do you ship from?
We have a number of fulfilment centres depending on order location. Your order will be directed to the most efficient route!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For international orders, duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- If duties/taxes are collected at checkout, there will be no additional fees upon delivery.
- If not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying any customs fees upon arrival.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
We pride ourselves on product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabelled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement refund.
Please message us within 7 days of receiving your order if there's something wrong with the item.
Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my order?
As each print is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
